OVERVIEW This digital storefront and e-commerce platform is operated by LILLU LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer directly to LILLU LLC. We offer this website, including all commercial information, food-storage tools, glassware, and domestic services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned strictly upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and regulatory notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing premium household goods from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following comprehensive Terms of Service (“Terms”), including those additional policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site without limitation, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

SECTION 1 - DOMESTIC OPERATIONS AND GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTIONS LILLU LLC is a corporate entity registered in the State of Wyoming, operating a highly localized supply chain. We explicitly limit our commercial operations, sales, and logistical fulfillment exclusively to the United States of America. We do not conduct cross-border commerce, nor do we authorize the international distribution of our products. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you legally affirm that your billing and shipping addresses reside strictly within U.S. borders. Any attempt to utilize third-party freight forwarders to export our products outside the United States immediately voids all warranties, return eligibilities, and corporate liabilities associated with the purchased items.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT USE, SAFETY, AND HYGIENE COMPLIANCE Our catalog consists of premium, food-grade plastic storage solutions, airtight organization systems, and durable glass bottles designed for household and culinary use. By purchasing our products, you agree to adhere to the following safety and usage limitations:

  • Intended Use: Products are intended solely for the storage of consumable foods, non-hazardous household items, and standard liquids. You must not use our containers to store highly corrosive chemicals, toxic substances, or industrial solvents.

  • Thermal and Physical Limitations: While our glassware is manufactured for high durability, you acknowledge that glass is inherently susceptible to thermal shock and physical impact. LILLU LLC holds no liability for injuries or damages resulting from the sudden temperature fluctuation of glass items or the improper microwaving/freezing of non-compatible plastic units.

  • Hygiene Maintenance: The user is solely responsible for the proper sanitization and washing of all products prior to initial use and between subsequent uses, in accordance with standard food safety practices.

SECTION 3 - ORDER PROCESSING, LOGISTICS, AND DELIVERY GUARANTEES Upon the successful authorization of your payment, your order enters our automated domestic fulfillment pipeline. You agree to our legally binding operational timelines:

  1. Mandatory Handling Time: All transactions are subject to a 1 to 2 business days handling period. During this window, items are subjected to rigorous quality assurance and sanitized packaging protocols.

  2. Standard Transit Time: Following the handling phase, the package is handed over to our designated domestic carriers. You acknowledge and accept a standard 3 to 5 business days transit time for final delivery to your U.S. residence or commercial address. LILLU LLC is not liable for minor logistical delays caused by severe weather events, national emergencies, or structural disruptions within the carrier networks.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the unequivocal right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole corporate discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that utilize identical domestic billing and/or shipping addresses. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing phone number provided at the time the order was securely placed.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT All content present on this platform—including but not limited to corporate logos, high-resolution product photography, textual descriptions, structural graphics, and site architecture—is the exclusive intellectual property of LILLU LLC and is protected under United States copyright and trademark laws. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the Service without express written permission from our corporate legal department.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, in no case shall LILLU LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages arising from your use of our service or any products procured using the service. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LILLU LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your misuse of our household storage products, or your violation of any U.S. federal or state law.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY These Terms of Service and any separate commercial agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms.
